He performs double duty as Vice Chairman of the Utilities Board of Tuskegee. Passionate about his hometown and confident that he had substantive ideas that could be of value, Lee ran for the District 1 City Council seat in 2012 and won. This historically rich neighborhood includes Tuskegee University and two national landmarks \u2014 the George Washington Carver Museum and The Oaks, the family home of Booker T. Washington.<\/strong><\/p><p>Graduate of Hampton University, Lee has been on the fast track to success. Prior to returning home to Tuskegee, he interned at the White House with the Obama administration.
